There are a few ways in which you can make a booking or enquiry. Simply click on our WhatsApp Tab, or send an enquiry through either the contact section on the website, or send a message through any of our social media accounts and you’ll receive a reply within 24hrs.
What postcodes do we cover?
We cover most Leeds Postcodes but can also cover a slightly longer distance, please mention your postcode when you make your enquiry and we’ll let you know if it’s within our bracket.
Do you work on any vehicle size?
We will clean and valet small size vehicles, to large MPV (Range Rover etc). We can also work on larger vehicles such as VW Transporters, Ford Transit etc however a we would need to inspect such vehicles and provide you with a quote for the work which is required. We don’t usually work on the cargo area of vans, but we can always inspect the overall vehicle and will do what we can to help. We do not work on camper vans or any vehicle which has a living quarter. Due to health and safety reasons, we also do not use ladders and as a result of this, the roofing of tall vehicles would not be valeted. Safety always comes first!
Do you require water or energy access?
Our van carries enough water to valet one vehicle at a time, however there may be instances where a car would require more water usage, and as such we may ask for your permission to use your outside water supply should we run out of water. We also come equipped with a generator to power our equipment, but in the event of generator failure, we may ask for your permission to use your energy supply. If either of the above should apply, then we suspect the additional water and energy use would be minimal, and we’d be happy to make a small discount on your order as token of appreciation for letting us use your resources.
Should I prep and empty my possessions from my vehicle before you arrive?
Yes, please remove all personal possessions from the vehicle prior to our arrival. This is not only to ensure that there is no wasted time on your work, but so that all personal items are in your possession. We can’t be held responsible for missing or misplaced items within the vehicle, so please ensure that you have removed everything from your vehicle prior to our arrival. We will also inspect the vehicle with you prior to any work being carried out to make sure your personal belongings have been removed, and will also reserve the right to use body camera’s throughout the entire duration of the appointment/booking of which recordings can be used as evidence for your own safety, security and piece of mind and ours.
Will adverse weather conditions restrict you from working on my vehicle?
Yes, unfortunately we can’t work on your car in rain, snow, heavy winds etc, so in this instance we would notify you on the morning of your booking and rearrange your appointment for a more suitable day. If the weather changes while we’re working on your vehicle, then we may need to come back and finish the work for you the following day or on the next weather-suitable day.
How can I pay for my detailing or valet?
We accept cash, online banking or card payments. The fee is to be paid upon completion of the work with no exceptions, so please be prepare to pay on the day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, of course. You may cancel your booking up to 2hrs before your appointment. Please just send us a text or give us a call to cancel or amend your booking. If you decide to cancel after this time frame, then we may charge a cancellation fee.
What if the valeter is late for the appointment?
We advise on allowing a reasonable time for us to arrive at your property, this is to factor in traffic delays, finding your properly, or possible mechanical issues with our vehicle. With this in mind, please allow an additional 30-45 from your appointment time. If we are running late for whatever reason, we shall give you a call to let you know.
Can you remove all mould, paint, spilled milk, oils, smoke smells etc from my interior?
While we endeavour to remove as much as possible from your interior, we must also be realistic. We simply cannot guarantee that all interior defects such as heavy stains, heavy mould, oils, paint spillages, blood etc will be removed; it totally depends on the condition of the interior and the severity of the spillage. We cannot lift carpets, and we cannot remove seats, so we can only clean and shampoo the areas which we can reach, and with this in mind not all spillages such as milk and/or hard to reach mould areas would be within our reach, and as such, the odour or the mould may reactivate after the cleaning of your vehicle, more so if there is an active issue within your car which is causing the mould, such as faulty door seals. In such case, we would recommend that you rectify such issues before committing to valeting your car as issues will surely return if they’re not fixed at the source. We do use some drying methods after we have extracted your interior, however it’s impossible to leave your interior and upholstery 100% fully dry after the extraction process, so it’s extremely important to apply the correct aftercare once we have extracted your interior. You can do this by leaving the car well ventilated. We will not be held responsible for any defects within your interior if proper aftercare has not been applied.
Where can you carry out the work and where should my car be parked?
For our safety, the safety of the general public and the safety of your vehicle, your vehicle must be parked safely, legally and parked without disrupting any traffic or affecting the use of pathways for pedestrians. We cannot carry out work at the side of busy dual carriage ways, or on footpaths, and we must have plenty of room to carry out the work safely with enough room to have the doors fully open whilst not obstructing traffic or pedestrians. It is usually best to have off street parking such as a drive way, or we may need to find a quiet street or suitable area to clean your vehicle. It will be totally at our discretion as to whether we can accept the work based on these conditions, as safety of yourself, ourselves and the public is paramount.
